Omega Media Productions requires a 2-3 week processing period for all requests.

By submitting a payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Services

1. The prices and services offered by Omega Media Productions are clearly written within this document and the signer agrees to the current pricing and requests for Omega Media Productions video production and photography services. The signer also acknowledges that additional charges may also apply after this agreement has been made in the event the signer requests additional services.

2. All of the above information in regards to the media requests mentioned within this document are correct, clearly legible, and final. Should the signer desire additional services, prices, and/or delivery will differ upon individual requests. 

3. In the event the signer has left Illegible, missing, or incorrect information above, Omega Media Productions will hold onto the above mentioned material for 6 months and it is up to the signer to reach out within 3 month’s time to receive their above mentioned materials. 

4. Omega Media Productions has the signer’s permission to use the above requested videos and photos as unpaid promotional and marketing material for Omega Media Productions promotional and marketing needs at Omega Media Productions discretion. 

5. I, the signer, understand that the above requested files are in their raw and unedited format.  

6. I, the signer, acknowledge that I am one of the below stated entities 

1. The performer above the age of 18 requesting the above mentioned materials

2. A parent/guardian of the performer requesting the above mentioned materials. 

Delivery

1. Acknowledgement that Omega Media Productions will hold onto the above requested materials for 3 months and no longer after delivery of materials to the signer has been made. Should the signer request their materials after 3 months time once their materials have been delivered, Omega Media Productions holds no obligation to do so.

2. I acknowledge that the link delivered by Omega Media Productions for the above requested materials shall be active for a week's time and no longer. Should I not retrieve these materials in a timely fashion the link will be deactivated and it is the signer’s responsibility to retrieve the above mentioned materials from Omega Media Productions within the 3 month holding period. 

3. I acknowledge that Omega Media Productions will deliver the above requested materials via an emailed link within a month's time.

4. Once Omega Media Productions delivers the above mentioned materials any file misplacement, corruption, or general mismanagement is not due to Omega Media Productions fault and the signer assumes liability for the materials after having received them. 

Cancellation

1. I, the signer, acknowledge that I have seen enough of the above mentioned materials to consent to a transaction with Omega Media Productions.

2. The above requested materials will not be delivered by Omega Media Productions until the signer pays in full.

3. Should cancellation occur for the above mentioned materials, there will be a $25 cancellation fee.
